Introduction
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
Open A New TicketPlease provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. To update a previously submitted ticket, click the link provided in the response email or click “Check Ticket Status” below and login with your email address and ticket number. |

Open a Chat SessionChat with an MSC staff person. Handy if you phone doesn't reach your computer! Call or email the MSC Support Staff to initiate a chat session. We can also share files and remotely view your PC while in a Chat session. |
