MSL Commission Seeking Public Comment on Proposed Administrative Rules Change

 

The State Library Commission is seeking public comment on the proposed action to amend ARM 10.102.4003 pertaining to state aid to public libraries. These amendments are proposed to update the language of the rule to reflect changes to 22-1-326, MCA, in the 2023 Legislative Session to include Tribal College Libraries serving the public.  The deadline for public comment is no later than 5:00 p.m., June 7, 2024. The Commission will discuss and take action on these proposed new rules at their meeting on June 12, 2024. Full text of the proposed actions may be found here:
