Budgeting for Libraries – Harold Blattie, Executive Director Montana Assoc. of Counties - 120 minutes - This March 14th, 2012 Webinar is a comprehensive review of the budget process for libraries who receive funding by local governments. Mr. Blattie reviews pertinent law found in the Montana Code Annotated, provides an historical overview for how we arrived at the current funding structure and presents explicit instructions on the requirements, citing the specific pertinent code(s).
