LSTA Reports
The Libraries Services & Technology Act (LSTA) Grants to States Program is the largest grant program run by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). It provides funds to State Library Administrative Agencies (SLAAs) using a population-based formula set by federal law. SLAAs determine goals and objectives for the funds in their statutorily required five-year plan. Each SLAA must also conduct a five-year evaluation of library services based on that plan. You can read the full text of Montana's five-year evaluation on the state profile page.
The following dashboards and reports provide information about Montana's LSTA projects after closing out each award year. For ongoing work, please see the Montana State Library Work Plan and Program Dashboards. For assistance with accessing dashboards, please contact the MSL support desk.
