Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures (OGSM) is a goal setting framework. The following slide deck are derived from the Work Plan dashboard and presented in a more condensed format. In most cases, the time horizon will be in six-month increments, July-December or January-June. Additionally, the report displays priority goals for the previous month, current month, and next month which provides an opportunity to explore achievements (“highs”) and struggles (“lows”) faced by the State Library.
