Exiting & Incoming and Before Your Go: departure-defined succession planning

The resources on this page are designed as a framework for libraries to use in planning for the exit of a key management position. The resources can be printed and placed into a binder (a "briefing book") where additional materials can be added to meet the specific needs of each library. They may also be placed into a shared folder electronically.  Either way, access to this information should be secure, but available to assure that critical information is not loss as a library transitions from one person to the next.
