The Deep Creek 100-year CMZ was completed in 2016 and extends from the US Forest Service Boundary in Deep Creek Canyon downstream to its confluence with the Missouri River. The project was sponsored by the Deep Creek Landowner Advisory Group, Broadwater Conservation District, and Department of Fish, Wildlife & Parks. Funding was provided through grants from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. The work was performed by Applied Geomorphology and DTM Consulting.
