Montana Channel Migration Zone Projects - Prickly Pear Creek and Lower Tenmile Creek
The Prickly Pear Creek and Tenmile Creek CMZ was completed in 2010 for the 14.8 miles of Prickly Pear Creek in Lewis and Clark County and 3.4 miles of Tenmile Creek from Interstate 15 to its confluence with Prickly Pear Creek. The project was sponsored by the Lewis and Clark County Office of Community Development and Planning and the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. The work was performed by Applied Geomorphology and DTM Consulting.
