It took the federal steward (at 30% time) 6 months to do 2 HUCs, that would be four HUCs a year = 25 years to finish upgrading the state’s dataset using the new source data. | It would be better if a whole bunch of editors were tasked to upgrade the dataset to the new source data instead of waiting (hopefully) 25 years for one person to do it. |
